摘要
为研究不同退火制度对5754合金力学性能与微观组织的影响,采用光学显微镜、透射电镜(TEM)、拉伸试验等检测手段对其进行详细分析。结果发现,退火温度会影响5754铝合金力学性能;当退火温度由270℃提升至300℃,5754铝合金冷轧板材组织由纤维状组织转变为等轴晶组织;5754铝合金冷轧板材折弯角度随退火温度增加而变大。
In order to study the effects of different annealing regimes on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 5754 alloy,optical microscopy,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and tensile test are used to analyze the alloy in detail.The results show that the annealing temperature affects the mechanical properties of 5754 aluminum alloy.When the annealing temperature increases from 270℃to 300℃,the microstructure of 5754 aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet changes from fibrous to equiaemic.5754 aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet bending angle increases with the increase of annealing temperature.
