摘要
针对使用X射线检测无缺陷,且各项理化性能均合格的锆合金型材翼板,在使用双晶探头超声检测方法进行检测时出现异常伤信号的问题,通过对双晶探头超声检测方法和水浸聚焦探头超声检测方法对比,及不同状态组织和超声检测结果对比进行分析,提出了准确判定锆合金型材翼板质量的无损检测方法。
Aiming at the problem of abnormal damage signals in the twin-crystal probe ultrasonic detection of zirconium alloy profile fins without defects detected by X-ray and with qualified physical and chemical properties,this paper compares the twin-crystal probe ultrasonic detection method with the water immersion focusing probe ultrasonic detection method,and compares the tissue in different states with the ultrasonic detection results.A nondestructive testing method for determining the qualify of zirconium alloy profile fins is proposed.
