摘要
文章针对扁锭生产过程中铝合金成分转组出现的各种问题进行了研究,通过对1xxx、3xxx、5xxx、8xxx系四个系别的铝合金转组顺序,洗炉稀释,在线箱体成分过渡,特殊合金铸造转组铸造工艺等的研究,从中找出了最佳的转组工艺。
In this paper,the various problems of aluminum alloy composition transfer in the process of flat ingot production are studied,and the best transfer process is found by studying the transfer sequence of aluminum alloy of 1xxx,3xxx,5xxx and 8xxx series,furnace washing dilution,on-line box composition transition,special alloy casting transfer casting process,etc.
