船舶科研院所安全管理特征及创新型举措分析

摘要 为加强安全管理,确保科研与生产正常运行,对船舶科研院所安全管理的特点与现状进行分析,提出要充分依托信息化技术(Information Technology,IT)和人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)等手段对安全管理软硬件配置进行优化。对安全管理信息化系统进行完善,建立可视化安全管理平台,实现AI技术在人员防护、危险预警、安全监测等方面的应用。研究成果可为提升船舶科研院所安全风险防控能力提供一定参考。 In order to strengthen safety management and ensure the normal operation of scientific research and production,the characteristics and current situation of safety management in ship research institutes are analyzed.It is proposed to fully rely on information technology(IT)and artificial intelligence(AI)and other means to optimize the software and hardware configuration of safety management.Improve the security management information system,establish a visual security management platform,and implement the application of AI technology in personnel protection,danger warning,security monitoring,and other aspects.The research results can provide some references for improving the safety risk prevention and control capabilities of ship research institutes.
