摘要
为满足风机安装时塔筒翻身及叶片对接的要求,海上风电平台通常会加装可移动履带吊用于配合主吊机的吊装工作。根据履带吊作业载荷和运动轨迹,对履带吊进行有限元分析。结果表明:在各作业工况下履带吊下甲板强度和在位强度均满足规范要求。研究成果可为风电平台加装履带吊的强度计算、结构优化、作业方案等提供一定参考。
To meet the requirements of tower turnover and blade docking during wind turbine installation,mobile crawler cranes are usually installed on offshore wind power platforms to cooperate with the lifting work of the main crane.Perform finite element analysis on the crawler crane based on its operating load and motion trajectory.The results indicate that the strength and in-place strength of the lower deck of the crawler crane meet the specification requirements under various operating conditions.The research results can provide some references for the strength calculation,structural optimization,and operation plan of installing crawler cranes on offshore wind power platforms.
