摘要
介绍了后背门外板从CAS数据到一体结构设计时,各阶段数据分析及研究,并基于数字化仿真软件Autoform对制件进行冲压全工序分析,保证一体后背门外板结构设计的可行性。一体后背门外板为车身开发提供了稳定的尺寸精度,实现车身轻量化,提高材料利用率,同时节省工装设备投入。
This paper introduces the data analysis and research of each stage from CAS data to the integrated structure design of the tailgate outer plate,and analyzes the whole stamping process of the parts based on the digital simulation software autoform to ensure the structural design feasibility of the integrated back door outer panel.The integrated tailgate outer panel provides stable dimensional accuracy for the development of the BIW,realizes the lightweight of the BIW,improves the material utilization rate and saves the investment of tooling equipment.
