目前,职业教育滞后于产业发展、产教失衡、人才供需错位等矛盾日益加深,加强产业与职业教育融合是职业教育解决目前发展困境的重要举措,已成为了社会各界的共识。从产教融合角度切入,通过对我校数控技术应用专业实习实训课程发展困境进行深度剖析,找出问题所在根源并尝试探索构建加强实习实训课程产教融合的工作方案,为专业向高水平、高质量发展提供新方法、新思路。

Currently,the contradictions of vocational education lagging behind industrial development,imbalance between industry and education,and mismatch between talent supply and demand are deepening.Strengthening the integration of industry and vocational education is an important measure for vocational education to solve the current development difficulties,which has become a consensus among all sectors of society.From the perspective of integration of industry and education,this paper conducts a deep analysis of the development difficulties of the internship and training courses for the CNC technology application major in our school,identifies the root causes of the problems,and attempts to explore the construction of a work plan to strengthen the integration of industry and education in the internship and training courses,providing new methods and ideas for the development of the major to a high-level and high-quality level.
