Under the premise of ensuring safety and quality,this paper focuses on the effective improvement of the installation quality of the tire elevator from the aspects of making the steel structure of the tire elevator platform,adjusting the installation sequence of the door frame elevator,improving the installation quality of the leg pre-welds,and improving the process design,etc.,reducing the height difference of the step and the tearing of the waist hole of the elevator platform.
