研究真空电子窑炉自动化安全防护方案,以确保生产过程中的操作人员和设备安全。介绍了真空电子窑炉的工作原理和应用领域,然后分析了其存在的潜在安全风险,讨论了自动化技术在真空电子窑炉中的应用,包括传感器、控制系统和远程监控,提出了一套综合的安全防护方案,包括安全培训、安全标准制定、自动化控制系统以及紧急事件响应机制等,以降低事故风险,确保生产安全和效率。

This article aims to study the automation safety protection scheme of vacuum electronic kilns,in order to ensure the safety of operators and equipment during the production process.Firstly,the working principle and application fields of vacuum electronic kilns were introduced,and then the potential safety risks were analyzed.Next,the application of automation technology in vacuum electronic kilns was discussed,including sensors,control systems,and remote monitoring.Finally,a comprehensive safety protection plan was proposed,including safety training,safety stan⁃dard development,automation control system,and emergency response mechanism,to reduce acci⁃dent risk and ensure production safety and efficiency.
