摘要
压缩变形涉及材料的力学性能、稳定性、振动性能等多个方面,但目前存在的压缩装置均有一定的局限性,对此,需要详细分析如何优化压缩装置。介绍了物体压缩变形自动采集分析系统及装置的组成、连接以及使用方法,并且列举了一些物体压缩变形自动采集分析系统及装置在不同领域的实际应用场景。针对弹性变形不明显或者没有弹性变形的材料,本装置依旧能够确定其弹性极限,解决了传统物体压缩试验试验得到的弹性模量与材料真实的弹性模量差异较大等问题。
Compression deformation involves multiple aspects such as the mechanical properties,stability,and vibration performance of materials,but the existing compression devices have certain limitations.Therefore,a detailed analysis is needed on how to optimize the compression device.The author provides a detailed introduction to an automatic data collection and analysis system for com⁃pression deformation of objects,including its composition,connections,and usage.It also presents several practical applications of such systems and devices in various fields.For materials where elas⁃tic deformation is not obvious or absent,this device can still determine their elastic limits,address⁃ing issues such as the significant differences between the elastic modulus obtained from traditional compression tests and the material′s real elastic modulus.
