Application and Analysis of Ultra Low Emission Technology for Smoke Control of Small Gas Boilers

通过对多台锅炉单独SCR脱硝+组合SDS脱硫、除尘技术工艺的选取、工艺流程、系统的主要构成及投运效果的介绍,指明烟气治理工作要充分结合企业特点及实际生产情况,因地制宜,采用合理的技术组合,实现经济、环境、社会多重效益。希望对同类项目建设起到一定借鉴意义。

This article introduces the selection,process flow,main components of the system,and operational effects of multiple boilers with separate SCR denitrification and combined SDS desulfur⁃ization and dust removal technology.It points out that flue gas treatment work should fully combine the characteristics of the enterprise and actual production situation,adapt to local conditions,and adopt a reasonable technology combination to achieve multiple economic,environmental,and social benefits.I hope to have some reference significance for the construction of similar projects.
