汽车支架类零件机械加工工艺研究与探讨

摘要 研究汽车支架类零件的机械加工工艺,以提高座椅支架的可靠性,满足市场需求和法规要求。通过对座椅支架优化结构设计、选型滑轨结构参数,并进行改善处理,得出以下结论:优化轻量化设计结合CAE分析满足功能需求;选择成熟滑轨结构提高稳定性;在质量评估、耐久性试验和NVH或强度试验中改善问题,提升性能和可靠性。深入研究汽车支架类零件的加工工艺,有助于提升座椅支架的品质。 This paper aims to study the machining process of automotive bracket parts,in order to improve the reliability of the seat support,to meet the market demand and regulatory requirements.By optimizing the structural design of the seat bracket,selecting the structural parameters,and im⁃proving the process,the following conclusions are drawn:optimizing the lightweight design and CAE analysis to meet the functional requirements;selecting the mature slide structure to improve the sta⁃bility;improving the problems in quality assessment,durability test,NVH or strength test,and im⁃proving the performance and reliability.In-depth study of the processing technology of the automo⁃bile bracket parts is helpful to improve the quality of the seat bracket.
