摘要
研发了一种用于食品包装易拉罐变形测量及自动质量监测的体系,该体系采用非接触式测量技术,结合图像处理和机器学习算法,利用高精度传感器实现自动控制。通过对易拉罐表面图像的处理,提取出变形信息,并应用机器学习算法实现自动监测,从而实现精确测量和高效读数。研究还涉及高精度传感器技术的研究和自动控制技术的实现。该体系的应用有望提高食品包装易拉罐质量监测的准确性和效率,进一步增强食品包装的质量和安全性,对食品包装行业具有重要的应用价值。
This study aims to develop a system for deformation measurement and automatic reading of food packaging cans.This system adopts non-contact measurement technology,combined with im⁃age processing and machine learning algorithms,and utilizes high-precision sensors to achieve auto⁃matic control.By processing the surface image of the can,deformation information is extracted,and machine learning algorithms are applied to achieve automatic reading,achieving precise measure⁃ment and efficient reading.The research also involves the research of high-precision sensor technol⁃ogy and the implementation of automatic control technology.
