陶瓷发热片结构在车用传感器中的优化研究

摘要 随着现代汽车工业的快速发展,车用传感器在汽车系统中的应用越来越广泛。其中温度传感器作为关键组成部分之一,对车辆性能和安全性起着至关重要的作用,而温度传感器中的陶瓷发热片的性能,会直接影响到传感器的准确性和可靠性。对此,对陶瓷发热片进行了一定分析,结合陶瓷发热片的特点,提出了制备过程和工艺优化措施,旨在为车用传感器的稳定运行提供可靠保障。 With the rapid development of modern automotive industry,the application of automo⁃tive sensors in automotive systems is becoming increasingly widespread.Temperature sensors,as one of the key components,play a crucial role in vehicle performance and safety.The performance of ce⁃ramic heating pads in temperature sensors directly affects the accuracy and reliability of sensors.In this regard,a certain analysis was conducted on ceramic heating pads,and based on the characteris⁃tics of ceramic heating pads,preparation process and process optimization measures were proposed,aiming to provide reliable guarantees for the stable operation of automotive sensors.
