摘要
针对传统污水处理设备存在耗能高、操作复杂、处理效果难保证等实际问题,为提高污水处理系统效率与环保性,基于数智化背景,开展污水处理中环保设备的自动化研究。通过明确污水处理系统中环保设备自动化的优化意义,分析当前环保设备的面临问题,并从数据采集与检测技术的优化、构建污水处理模型并优化算法、建立故障诊断与远程监控系统等方面,提出数智化背景下污水处理中环保设备的自动化的优化策略,以期提高污水处理系统效率与智能化水平,为可持续发展提供创新路径。
Traditional sewage treatment equipment has practical problems such as high energy con⁃sumption,complex operation,and difficulty in ensuring treatment efficiency.In order to improve the efficiency and environmental friendliness of sewage treatment systems,this article conducts research on the automation of environmental protection equipment in sewage treatment based on the back⁃ground of digital intelligence.By clarifying the significance of optimizing the automation of environ⁃mental protection equipment in sewage treatment systems,analyzing the current problems faced by environmental protection equipment,and proposing optimization strategies for the automation of envi⁃ronmental protection equipment in sewage treatment under the background of digitalization from as⁃pects such as optimizing data collection and detection technology,constructing sewage treatment models and optimizing algorithms,establishing fault diagnosis and remote monitoring systems,etc.,in order to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of sewage treatment systems,Provide innova⁃tive paths for sustainable development.
