摘要
笔者以鼓风机轴承故障诊断为例,通过振动检测技术,采用频谱分析及设备结构特征分析方法,查明故障原因,再应用时域分析加以验证。这就提高了诊断的准确性,为设备故障维修提供重要依据。
The author takes the diagnosis of blower bearing faults as an example,through vibration detection technology,spectrum analysis and equipment structural feature analysis methods are used to identify the cause of the fault,and then time-domain analysis is applied to verify it.This improves the accuracy of the diagnosis and provides an important basis for equipment fault maintenance.
