本文对我国现有食品接触用竹制品技术标准及相关检测技术进行了总结和分析,对不同检测方法的适用性和局限性进行了讨论,并对当前存在的主要问题提出了建议,可为进一步完善食品接触用竹制品领域的检测与控制手段提供参考。

This paper summarizes and analyzes the existing technical standards of bamboo products for food contact and related detection technologies,discusses the applicability and limitations of different detection methods,and puts forward some suggestions on the main existing problems,which can provide reference for further improving the detection and control means of bamboo products for food contact.
