中国南极考察医疗保健《临床与预防合体》工作模式现场评估研究

On site evaluation of the work mode of"Clinical and Preventive Integration"in Chinese antarctic expedition healthcare

为了保障南极考察队员健康,需要实施以预防为主的南极考察医疗保健计划,经过多年磨合,形成了一套《临床与预防合体》的工作模式,为了检测这套工作模式的价值和适用性,将这套工作模式分列6个模块,共列出37个项目,委托南极考察随队医生进行现场调研评估。结果提示,《临床与预防合体》的工作模式在南极考察医疗保健工作中价值较大,具有适用性,对于控制重大疾病在南极突发、提高南极考察队医疗保健水平具有重要作用。需要改进的问题是极地医生在轮科特训中应注意对功能相近系统疾病的病情互变规律有更深认识,对考察站火灾、车祸、海难、雪暴等重大灾害特点应有更详细的认知,采取正确的医学应对措施,加强考察队员的健康照顾和健康关爱心理学训练。

In order to ensure the health of Antarctic exploration team members,it is necessary to implement a prevention oriented Antarctic exploration healthcare plan.After years of trial and error,a set of"Clinical and Preventive Combination"work mode has been formed.In order to test the value and applicability of this work mode,this article divides this mode into 6 modules,lists a total of 37 projects,and entrusts Antarctic exploration team doctors to conduct on-site research and evaluation.The results indicate that the working mode of"Clinical and Preventive Integration"has great value and applicability in the medical and health care work of Antarctic exploration.It plays an important role in controlling major disease outbreaks in Antarctica and improving the level of medical and health care during Antarctic exploration.The problems that need to be improved are that polar doctors should pay attention to a deeper understanding of the reciprocal changes of diseases in systems with similar functions,as well as the understanding of fire,car accidents,and shipwrecks at observation stations major disasters such as snowstorms should have a more detailed understanding of their characteristics,and correct medical response measures can be taken to strengthen the health care and care psychology training of inspection team members.
