镜像疗法联合抛投训练对脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者的疗效观察

Effect of mirror therapy combined with throwing training on rehabilitation of patients with upper extremity motor dysfunction after stroke

目的探究镜像疗法联合抛投训练促进脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者康复的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年6月—2021年6月深圳市宝安区福永人民医院神经内科门诊收治的199例脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者的临床资料,将2019年6月—2020年6月接受抛投训练的99例患者纳入对照组,将2020年7月—2021年6月接受镜像疗法联合抛投训练的100例患者纳入观察组。比较2组康复训练前及训练4周结束时Lindmark运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力[改良Barthel(modified barthel index,MBI)指数]评分。结果干预后观察组Lindmark运动功能评分、BMI指数评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镜像疗法和投掷训练联合应用,可在一定程度上改善脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者的上肢运动功能和日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of mirror therapy combined with throwing training on the rehabilitation of patients with upper extremity motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted to select the clinical data of 199 patients with upper extremity motor dysfunction after stroke from June 2019 to June 2021 in the department of neurology,Fuyong people's hospital,Bao'an district,Shenzhen.99 patients receiving throwing training were included in the control group,and 100 patients receiving mirror therapy combined with throwing training were included in the observation group.The scores of upper limb motor function and activity of daily living(modified barthel index,MBI)of the two groups were compared before rehabilitation training and at the end of 4 weeks of training.Results After intervention,the scores of Lindmark motor function and modified Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mirror image therapy and throwing training is helpful to the upper limb motor function and daily living ability of stroke patients.
