冠心病介入治疗患者主观幸福感与家庭功能的相关性

Correlation between subjective well-being and family function in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional treatment

目的分析冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)患者主观幸福感与家庭功能的关系。方法选取2019年3月—2021年5月于婺源县人民医院行PCI术治疗的80例冠心病患者为研究对象,患者出院时采用中文版主观真实-持续幸福感量表(subjective authentic-durable happiness scale,SA-DHS)评估其主观幸福感,采用家庭关怀度指数问卷(family concern index guestionnaire,APGAR)评估其家庭功能,调查并记录患者相关资料,分析冠心病PCI患者主观幸福感与家庭功能的关系。结果不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、居住地、医疗付费方式、冠心病家族史的冠心病PCI患者SA-DHS评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,80例患者SA-DHS中内心平和评分平均(16.21±3.15)分,满意感评分平均(29.06±3.30)分,SA-DHS总均分(45.27±3.42)分;出院时,80例患者APGAR评分平均(5.18±1.26)分,家庭功能一般。经一般线性双变量Pearson直线相关性检验显示,冠心病PCI患者APGAR评分与SA-DHS各维度评分及总分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论冠心病PCI患者主观幸福感与家庭功能有关,良好的家庭功能可提升患者主观幸福感。

Objective To analyze the relationship between subjective well-being and family function in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI treatment in Wuyuan County People's Hospital from March 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.The Chinese subjective authentic-durable happiness scale(SA-DHS)was used to evaluate the subjective well-being of the patients upon discharge,and family function was assessed by the family concern index guestionnaire(APGAR).Patients data were investigated and recorded to analyze the relationship between subjective well-being and family function in patients with PCI.Results There were no significant differences in SA-DHS scores among PCI patients with CHD based on gender,age,education level,marital status,residence,medical payment method and family history of CHD(P>0.05).At discharge,the average score of inner peace and satisfaction in SA-DHS of 80 patients was(16.21±3.15),the average score of satisfaction was(29.06±3.30),and the total average score of SA-DHS was(45.27±3.42).At discharge,the average APGAR score of the 80 patients was(5.18±1.26),and the family function was normal.The general linear bivariate Pearson linear correlation test showed that APGAR score was positively correlated with SA-DHS score and total score in PCI patients(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The subjective well-being of coronary heart disease patients with PCI is related to family function,and good family function can improve the subjective well-being of patients.
