情景代入式体验在宫腔镜切除子宫息肉中的应用效果及对患者自我效能感的影响

The application effect of scene substitution experience in hysteroscopic resection of uterine polyps and its influence on patients'self-efficacy

目的分析情景代入式体验在宫腔镜切除子宫息肉中的应用效果及对患者自我效能感的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2020年4月期间在万安县人民医院妇产科行宫腔镜切除子宫息肉术的60例患者,将入选的60例患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。研究组采用情景代入式体验,对照组采用常规的心理干预和健康教育。对比2组患者的手术配合相关知识掌握情况、焦虑情绪程度、自我效能感评分、心率与血压变化情况、满意度。结果研究组患者的手术配合相关知识掌握评分、自我效能感评分较对照组明显更高(P<0.05),焦虑患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者术前的心率与血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在手术开始20 min后2组患者心率与血压水平均有所升高,但研究组患者此时的心率与血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的满意度较对照组明显更高。结论对行宫腔镜切除子宫息肉手术的患者实施情景代入式体验临床可行性较高,有助于增强患者自我效能感,促进手术成功开展及完成。

Objective To analyze the application effect of scenario substitution experience in hysteroscopic resection of uterine polyps and its influence on patients'self-efficacy.Methods From May 2018 to April 2020,60 patients who underwent hysteroscopic resection of uterine polyps in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital were selected.The 60 selected patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group used scenario substitution experience,and the control group used routine psychological intervention and health education.The two groups of patients were compared with their surgical cooperation related knowledge mastery,anxiety level,self-efficacy score,heart rate and blood pressure changes,and satisfaction.Results The patients in the study group had significantly higher scores of surgical cooperation related knowledge mastery and self-efficacy than the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of anxiety patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups of patients before the operation(P>0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure increased 20 minutes after the operation,but the heart rate and blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion It is clinically feasible to implement scenario substitution experience for patients who will undergo hysteroscopic surgery for hysteroscopic polypectomy,which helps to enhance the patient's sense of self-efficacy and promote the successful operation and completion of the operation.
