基于质量控制理论的护理干预对经内镜逆行胆管造影术患者检查效率及术后并发症的影响

Influence of nursing intervention based on quality control theory on examination efficiency and postoperative complications of patients undergoing ERCP

目的探分析基于质量控制理论的护理干预在行经内镜逆行胆管造影术患者中的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月厦门大学附属翔安医院收治的80例行经内镜逆行胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography,ERCP)患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分成观察组(接受基于质量控制理论的护理)和对照组(接受常规护理),各40例。比较2组干预后的检查总有效率、并发症发生率、护士工作效率及护理质量。结果观察组的检查总有效率、护士工作效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组的护理质量评分明显较高(P<0.05)。结论基于质量控制理论的护理干预明显提高了医护人员工作效率及护理质量,在保障ERCP术患者检查效率的同时有利于降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on quality control theory in patients undergoing ERCP.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,80 patients who underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiography(endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography,ERCP)were selected and divided into observation group(receiving nursing based on quality control theory)and control group(receiving routine nursing)by random number table.The total effective rate,complication rate,nurse work rate and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results After analysis,the total effective rate of examination and the working efficiency of nurses in the observation group were higher,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on quality control theory can significantly improve the work efficiency and nursing quality of nurses,which is conducive to ensuring the examination efficiency of ERCP patients and reducing complications.
