周期教育模式在初发2型糖尿病患者延续护理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨周期教育模式在初发2型糖尿病患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月—2022年4月符合纳入标准的病例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组60例,观察组62例。对照组采用常规延续护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加采用自行设计的周期教育方案。出院后第5周、第12周、第24周分别评价2组患者的糖尿病知识水平、患者自我管理能力,出院后第12周、第24周评价2组患者血糖代谢指标水平。结果干预后观察组糖尿病知识得分较对照组升高更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者自我管理能力得分升高更多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白达标情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周期教育模式应用于初发2型糖尿病患者,能更好地提高患者糖尿病知识水平、自我管理能力,改善患者的血糖代谢水平。 Objective Objective To explore the application effect of cycle education model in continuing care of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,including 60 cases in control group and 62 cases in observation group.The control group was treated with routine continuous nursing,and the observation group was treated with self-designed periodic education program.At 5,12 and 24 weeks after discharge,the diabetic knowledge level and self-management ability of the two groups were evaluated.Blood glucose metabolism indexes of the two groups were evaluated at 12 and 24 weeks after discharge.Results After nursing intervention,diabetic knowledge score in observation group increased more significantly than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of self-management ability of the two groups increased more in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in 2 groups showed differences after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cycle education mode in the patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can better improve the knowledge level of diabetes,improve the self-management ability of patients and improve the blood glucose metabolism level of patients.
