钢厂分布式电源并网计量方式研究

摘要 在钢厂建设分布式光伏发电项目可以优化钢厂电源结构,减少二氧化碳排放。但是针对多种分布式电源并网,如何分别计量每一种电源返送电网的电量一直未能有效解决,进而限制了分布式光伏发电项目在钢厂的广泛应用。文章通过研究钢厂电源和负荷特性,提出直接计量方式、等比例电量算法计量方式、等比例功率算法计量方式、并网点链式π接法计量方式,并对每种计量方式的适用场景进行分析,为钢厂多种类型电源的并网计量问题提供了解决思路。 The construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in steel mills can optimize the power supply structure of steel mills and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.However,for a variety of distributed power sources connected to the grid,how to separately measure the amount of power returned to the grid of each power source has not been effectively solved,which limits the wide application of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in steel mills.By studying the characteristics of power supply and load in steel mills,this paper puts forward the direct metering method,equal proportion power algorithm metering method,equal proportion power algorithm metering method and joint point chainπ-connection method metering method,and analyzes the application scenarios of each metering method,which provides solutions for the grid-connected metering problem of various types of power supplies in steel mills.
