一种电液调速器的设计与开发

摘要 本文针对液压调速器稳态精度低、动态特性差的问题,设计开发了一种基于滑阀结构的电液调速器。首先,对电液调速器的结构和工作原理进行了分析,然后建立了各个组成的数学模型,并设计了基于转速和位置双闭环的比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器。接着,构建了柴油机调速系统的仿真模型,最后进行了仿真和台架试验。试验结果表明,该电液调速器在稳态时的转速波动率为0.2%,在动态时的稳定时间小于5s,瞬时调速率小于5%,具有良好的调速性能。 The article designed and developed an electric-hydraulic speed governor based on the slide valve structure to solve the problem of low steady-state accuracy and poor dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic speed governor.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the electric-hydraulic speed governor were analyzed,then the mathematical models of each component were established,and a PID controller based on the double closed-loop of rotation speed and position was designed.Subsequently,a simulation model of the diesel engine speed governor system was constructed,and finally,simulation and bench tests were carried out.The test results showed that the electric-hydraulic speed governor had a rotation speed fluctuation rate of 0.2% in steady state,a stable time of less than 5s in dynamic state,and an instantaneous speed regulation rate of less than 5%,indicating good speed regulation performance.
