收获机械用柴油机的结构设计与分析

摘要 柴油机是农业收获机械的关键动力源。针对收获机械整机行走系统对柴油机结构的特殊需求,对柴油机前端动力输出结构和后取力输出结构进行了优化设计,采取多项措施来提高其强度和稳定性,并对轴承的选择和寿命进行了计算和验证。验证过程中,两种结构的柴油机都经过了1000h的台架可靠性试验和500h的收获机整机田间试验,说明曲轴前端使用可靠,后取力输出结构的齿轮系、轴承使用正常,寿命满足使用要求。相关工作为农业收获机械领域的柴油机动力输出结构设计和优化提供了参考和借鉴。 In Diesel engines are vital power sources for agricultural harvesting machinery.In this study,we addressed the specific requirements of the whole-machine walking system for harvesting machinery and optimized the design of the diesel engine's front-end power output structure and power take-off(PTO)output structure.Various measures were implemented to enhance their strength and stability.Subsequently,a detailed calculation and validation of bearing selection and lifespan were conducted.The verification results indicate that both structures of the diesel engine have undergone 1000 hours of bench reliability testing and 500 hours of field testing on the complete harvesting machine,demonstrating the reliability of the front-end crankshaft and normal usage of the PTO output structure's gear system and bearings,meeting the requirements for use.This study provides valuable references and insights for the design and optimization of diesel engine power output structures in the agricultural harvesting machinery field.
