锰硅合金低钙渣型冶炼工艺研究和应用

STUDY AND APPLICATON OF SMELTING TECHNOLOGY OF FERROMANGANESE-SILICON WITH LOW CALCIUM SLAG TYPE

根据锰硅合金生产实践,研究低钙渣型冶炼下的匹配工艺制度,以解决低钙渣型下电极裹渣、炉内翻渣、操作炉型缩小、出铁出渣困难、渣铁分离不好、产品质量下降以及矿热炉负荷给不足等问题,实现低钙渣型冶炼下炉况的长周期稳定顺行。

Based on the production practice of ferromanganese-silicon,the matching process system of low calcium slag smelting is studied in the paper,in order to solve the problems of electrode slag wrapping,slag turnovering in furnace,reduction of operation furnace type,difficulty in separate tapping of slag and iron,product quality decline and insufficient load supply of submerged arc furnace in low calcium slag type smelting etc.,to realize the long-term table and smooth running of furnace conditions.
