新阶段推进江河湖库生态环境保护治理要求与对策探究

Requirements and countermeasures for the protection and governance of the ecological environment of rivers,lakes and reservoirs in the new stage

江河湖库是自然与生态系统的重要组成部分,随着经济社会发展和全球气候变化的影响,江湖湖库生态环境累积性问题逐渐凸显。系统分析了新阶段推进江河湖库生态环境保护和治理面临的新要求,结合江河湖库存在的主要问题,从关键技术创新、重大战略研究、重大规划编制、重大工程论证、标准规范制订等方面,研究提出江河湖库生态环境保护治理九大行动举措,以期为江河湖库生态环境保护治理提供借鉴。

Rivers,lakes and reservoirs are crucial components of natural ecosystems.With the impacts of economic and social development,as well as global climate change,cumulative ecological issues in river,lake,and reservoir environments have gradually become more pronounced.This study provides a systematic analysis of the new requirements for advancing the protection and governance of the ecological environment of rivers,lakes and reservoirs in the new stage.Considering the key problems existing in the rivers,lakes and reservoirs,the study proposes nine major action measures encompassing key technological innovation,strategic research,major planning development,significant project demonstration,and the formulation of standards,to offer valuable insights for the protection and governance of the ecological environment of rivers,lakes and reservoirs.
