摘要
BMS分布式光纤测温系统在北京奔驰生产车间成功应用,并在封闭母线温度测量方面发挥了重要的作用。文章基于一起超温报警故障进行分析,并进行三个季度的连续追踪,发现母线温度与环境温度紧密相关,并呈现一定的规律性。最终,拟定下一步研究方向,利用母线温度、环境温度、母线电流等大数据信息,基于人工智能算法,建立母线温度预测模型,以指导实际运营。
The BMS distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system has been successfully applied in production workshop of BBAC and has played an important role in enclosed busbar temperature measurement.This paper analyzes an over-temperature alarm fault and continuously tracks for three quarters.It is found that the busbar temperature is closely related to the ambient temperature and exhibits certain regularity.Finally,the next research direction is proposed,which is to establish a busbar temperature prediction model based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms using Big Data information such as busbar temperature,ambient temperature and busbar current,to guide actual operations.
