球罐储存液化二氧化碳工艺设计的研究

摘要 液化二氧化碳储存是二氧化碳利用、处置的一个重要环节,球罐是工业生产中规模化储存液化二氧化碳最广泛采用的一种方式。结合某10万t/a二氧化碳捕集与利用示范项目二氧化碳罐区的工艺设计,笔者从液位控制、压力控制、安全泄放、开工填充角度,阐述了不同的生产规模和液化方法带来的储罐选型和设计参数上的差异,说明了液态二氧化碳气化后系统压力以及二氧化碳的相态特性及相态变化对整体工艺设计所带来的影响,同时介绍了维持液化二氧化碳储存系统稳定运行的安全措施。 The storage of liquefied carbon dioxide is an important part of the utilization and disposal of carbon dioxide,and the storage of carbon dioxide in spherical tanks is the most widely used in industrialization and large-scale storage.This paper introduces the phase characteristics of carbon dioxide and discusses the type selection and process design of liquefied carbon dioxide storage tank based on the process design of a carbon dioxide capture and utilization demonstration project of 100,000 tons/year.From the perspectives of liquid level control,pressure control,safety drainage and start-up filling,the author expounds the differences in tank selection and design parameters brought by different production scales and liquefaction methods,and explains the influence of liquid carbon dioxide gasification on system pressure,phase characteristics of carbon dioxide and phase changes on the overall process design.The safety measures to maintain the stable operation of the liquefied carbon dioxide storage system are also introduced.
