基于数字孪生的搬运机械手仿真实验平台设计 被引量:2

摘要 为提高搬运机械手的智能化水平,建设智慧实验室,提出应用数字孪生技术构建实验系统仿真教学平台。分析了搬运机械手数字孪生系统架构,利用SolidWorks、NX_MCD和TIA软件技术,从几何模型、物理模型、生产行为孪生模型等多维度构建了搬运机械手数字孪生系统模型,通过仿真运行,验证了多维度模型构建数字孪生系统模型的可行性。此外,构建的仿真教学平台丰富了教学资源,实践证明,数字孪生线上仿真教学平台一定程度上弥补了实验设备有限的问题,学者可以不受“时间、空间”的限制随时完成实验学习。因此,数字孪生实验系统的研究是未来智慧教育发展的大趋势。 In order to improve the intelligent level of the handling manipulator and build a smart laboratory,it is proposed to apply digital twin technology to build an experimental system simulation teaching platform.Analyzed the digital twin system architecture of the handling robot,using SolidWorks,NX_MCD and TIA software technologies have constructed a digital twin system model for a handling robot from multiple dimensions,such as geometric models,physical models,and production behavior twin models.Through simulation,the feasibility of constructing a digital twin system model from multiple dimensions has been verified.In addition,the constructed simulation teaching platform has enriched teaching resources.Practice has proven that the digital twin online simulation teaching platform has to some extent made up for the problem of limited experimental equipment,and scholars can complete experimental learning at any time without being limited by"time and space".Therefore,the research on the digital twin experimental system is a major trend in the development of smart education in the future.
