摘要
职业知识具有缄默性、具身性、工作场所相关性和高阶性的特征,职业知识还具有递归、迭代、创新三个层次结构。职业本科成为高等教育的三种类型之一,其主要职能是传播和创新职业知识。为适应职业本科人才培养定位,职业本科教师要不断提升职业技能,避免学术漂移;教学内容要聚焦“产业高端”和“高端产业”工作项目展开;教学方法上应利用混合式教学和开放实验室促进学生高阶性和创新性学习。
Vocational knowledge has the characteristics of silence,embodiment,workplace relevance and high level,and vocational knowledge has three levels:recursion,iteration and innovation.Vocational undergraduate education has become one of the three types of higher education,and its main function is to disseminate and create vocational knowledge.In order to adapt to the orientation of talents cultivation in vocational undergraduate universities or colleges,vocational undergraduate teachers should continuously improve their vocational skills and avoid academic drift;the teaching content should focus on"industrial high end"and"high-end industry"work projects;teaching methods such as the blended teaching and open laboratories should be used to promote students'advanced learning.
