摘要
职业院校要深化产教融合,助力校企合作,需把握课程思政的内涵意蕴,充分发挥专业课的育人功效,重视项目化教学与课程思政的融通价值。分析了当前专业课教学脱离企业元素、思政育人不到位、考评机制不完善等现状,基于企业项目研发流程对课程内容进行组合重构,形成项目引导、项目实施及项目验收等模块,结合项目、思政及教学三重评价手段,在“做”“学”“思”中规范学生的价值导向。该教学模式注重德技并修,能够全方位提升学生的职业技能和素养,有效贯彻课程思政理念。
In order to deepen the integration of production and education and help school-enterprise cooperation,vocational colleges need to grasp the connotation of ideological and political curriculum,give full play to the educational effect of professional courses,and attach importance to the value of integrating project-based teaching with ideological and political curriculum.This paper analyzes the current situation of professional course teaching divorced from enterprise elements,inadequate ideological and political education,and imperfect evaluation mechanism.According to the researching process in enterprises,the course content is combined and reconstructed,which is divided into project guidance,project implementation and project acceptance and so on,and combined with evaluation methods of the project,ideological and political curriculum and teaching,which can standardize students'value orientation in"doing","learning"and"thinking".The combination of moral and technical teaching mode can comprehensively improve students'vocational skills and qualities and effectively implement the ideological and political ideas of the curriculum.
