地方高校继续教育服务乡村振兴的研究

Research on Continuing Education in LocalUniversities Serving Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴是国家基于新时代社会主要矛盾实现农村繁荣的重要举措,乡村振兴关键是人才振兴,人才是乡村发展的根本要素,继续教育作为乡村人才培养的重要阵地,应为乡村振兴提供人才保障和科技支撑。从继续教育服务乡村振兴战略的意义出发,探讨了继续教育在服务乡村振兴方面存在的观念落后、教学内容陈旧、教学方法单一、资源短缺、产教融合不足、育人模式单一等问题,并在此基础上提出了乡村成人继续教育改革措施,以推动地方高校在服务乡村振兴的进程中不断地改革和创新,在乡村振兴中发挥更大的效能。

Rural Revitalization is an important measure for the country to achieve rural prosperity based on the main contradiction of modern society.The key to rural revitalization is talent revitalization.Talent is the fundamental element of rural development.Continuing education,as an important base for rural talent training,should provide talent guarantee and scientific and technological support for rural revitalization.Starting from the significance of continuing education serving rural revitalization strategy,in this paper,the problems of continuing education in serving rural revitalization are discussed:such as outdated concepts,outdated teaching content,single teaching forms,resource shortages,insufficient integration of industry and education,and single educational models.On this basis,the reform measures of rural adult continuing education were proposed in order to play a greater role in rural revitalization.
