摘要
目的 探究黄花菜种子在盐胁迫下的萌发特性。方法 以‘冲里花’种子为材料,采用培养皿发芽法,研究不同浓度NaCl溶液浸种对黄花菜种子萌发特性的影响。结果 黄花菜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等在100 mmol/L NaCl溶液浸种下显著增加,200 mmol/L以上浓度下显著降低;种子芽长随NaCl浸种浓度提高而显著降低,种子鲜质量在100 mmol/L浓度下与CK无差异,在200 mmol/L以上浓度下显著降低。结论 较低浓度NaCl溶液浸种可促进黄花菜种子的发芽,高浓度NaCl溶液浸种则会显著抑制黄花菜种子的发芽,且浸种浓度越大抑制程度就越大。
Objective To explore the germination characteristics of Hemerocallis citrina seeds under salt stress.Methods The experiment was conducted to study the influence of seed soaking with different concentrations of NaCl solution on the germination characteristics of Hemerocallis citrina 'Chonglihua' seed by the petri dish germination method.Results The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of Hemerocallis citrina seeds were increased significantly under 100 mmol/L NaCl solution soaking,and were decreased significantly when the NaCl solution concentration of seed soaking was above 200 mmol/L soaking.The seed bud length was decreased significantly with the increase of NaCl concentration,and there was no significant difference in the seed fresh mass between 100 mmol/L NaCl and CK,was decreased significantly when the concentration of soaking was above 200 mmol/L.Conclusion The germination of daylily seeds could be promoted by soaking seeds with lower concentration of NaCl solution.The germination of Hemerocallis citrina seeds was inhibited significantly by soaking seeds with higher concentration NaCl solution,and the higher the concentration of NaCl,the greater the degree of inhibition.
