盾构机故障预测与健康管理研究进展

摘要 盾构机刀具、轴承、液压系统等关键部位故障率高、运维困难,传统“事后维修”“定期维修”等被动式维修管理方法存在特征提取不全、诊断模型精度低、监测数据利用率不足、维修不及时等问题,使盾构机常处于停机或半停机状态,造成资源浪费,影响施工进度。为此,结合故障预测与健康管理(Prognostics Health Management,PHM)发展现状和应用情况,提出盾构机PHM综合系统,降低设备故障带来的任务中断风险,延长盾构机健康运行时间,提升盾构机系统的可靠性。最后,探讨盾构机PHM技术面临的挑战,并从信息采集、数据处理、大数据诊断和健康管理四个方面对盾构机PHM综合系统未来研究方向提出了建议与展望。 The failure rate of key parts such as cutting tools,bearings,and hydraulic systems of shield tunneling machines is high,and operation and maintenance are difficult.There are some problems such as incomplete feature extraction,low accuracy of diagnostic model,insufficient utilization rate of monitoring data,and delayed maintenance existing in passive maintenance management methods of traditional "post-maintenance" and "regular maintenance".As a result,the shield machine is often stopped or half-stopped,causing a waste of resources and affecting the construction progress.Therefore,on the basis of the development status and application of Prognostics Health Management(PHM),the integrated system of shield system is put forward,which reduces the risk of task interruption brought about by equipment failure,prolongs the healthy running time of shield system and improves the reliability of shield system.Finally,the challenges faced by the PHM technology of shield machine are discussed,and suggestions and prospects for future research directions of PHM integrated system are put forward from four aspects:information collection,data processing,big data diagnosis and health management.
