回收餐盒制备细旦聚丙烯纤维的研究

摘要 以餐盒用聚丙烯(PP)回收料与高黏度PP共混,再通过熔融纺丝-拉伸一步法工艺制得规格为107 dtex/48 f的再生PP全拉伸丝(FDY),考察了餐盒用PP回收料的可纺性能,探究了拉伸倍数和热定型温度对再生PP FDY结构与性能的影响。结果表明:当共混粒料中高黏度PP质量分数为10%~20%时,共混粒料的可纺性较好;随着拉伸倍数的增大,再生PP FDY的取向度先增大后趋于平缓,结晶度(X_(c))先增大后减小,当拉伸倍数为3.7时,再生PP FDY的X_(c)最大为44.4%,断裂强度为3.30 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为33.8%;拉伸倍数为3.7时,随着热定型温度由120℃升至130℃,再生PP FDY的取向度增大,X_(c)先增大后减小,当热定型温度为125℃时,再生PP FDY的X_(c)最大为68.3%,断裂强度最大为3.17 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率最大为47.6%,沸水收缩率为6.53%,综合性能较好。 A 107 dtex/48 f regenerated polypropylene(PP)fully drawn yarn(FDY)was prepared by blending PP recycled from food containers with high-viscosity PP prior to melt spinning-drawing one-step process.The spinnability of the recycled PP material was investigated,and the effects of draw ratio and heat setting temperature on the structure and properties of regenerated PP FDY were explored.The results showed that the spinnability of the blended pellets was fairly good when the mass fraction of high-viscosity PP was 10%-20%in the blended pellets;the orientation degree of the regenerated PP FDY first increased and then tended to be moderate,and the crystallinity(X_(c))first increased and then decreased with the increase of draw ratio;the maximum X_(c) of the regenerated PP FDY was 44.4%,the breaking strength 3.30 cN/dtex and the elongation at break 33.8%when the draw ratio was 3.7;the orientation degree of the regenerated PP FDY increased and X_(c) first increased and then decreased at a draw ratio of 3.7 when the heat setting temperature increased from 120℃to 130℃,and the X_(c) of the regenerated PP FDY was maximized as 68.3%,the breaking strength as 3.17 cN/dtex,the elongation at break as 47.6%and the boiling water shrinkage was 6.53%when the heat setting temperature was 125℃,indicating good comprehensive properties.
