强吸收与宽频化织物复合吸波材料的研究进展

摘要 综述了涂覆型、浸渍型、结构型、频率选择表面(FSS)型等几种强吸收、宽频化织物复合吸波材料的研究进展,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。涂覆型织物复合吸波材料具有制备方便、成本低、适用性强等优点,但吸波剂涂层厚度对材料反射损耗吸收峰带宽的影响机制仍待进一步研究;浸渍型织物复合吸波材料存在长时间放置吸波剂易氧化脱落的问题,未来应加强对浸渍液和烘干程序的优化;结构型织物复合吸波材料应从优化织物内部结构和改变纤维混纺比例及种类两方面入手提高吸波性能,三维机织物是未来结构型织物复合吸波材料研究的重点;FSS型织物复合吸波材料应重点探索表面谐振点与复合织物电磁吸波性能之间的特征关系,探寻FSS型织物复合吸波材料的最优成型工艺。今后,织物复合吸波材料的研究应围绕织物组织结构和织造参数对织物吸波性能的影响、柔性纺织复合吸波材料的多功能化和智能化、新型吸波材料的开发等方面开展。 The research progress of several kinds of strong absorption and broadband fabric composite absorbing materials,including coating type,impregnation type,structural type and frequency selective surface(FSS)type,was reviewed.And their future development direction was outlooked.Coated fabric composite absorbing materials have the advantages of convenient preparation,low cost and high applicability,but the influencing mechanism of absorbing agent coating thickness on the absorption peak bandwidth of material reflection loss still needs to be further researched.Impregnated fabric composite absorbing materials have the problem of easy oxidation and detachment of absorbing agents during long-term storage,and it is necessary to strengthen the optimization of impregnation solution and drying programme in the future;the absorbing performance of structural fabric composite absorbing materials should be improved by optimizing the internal structure of the fabric and changing the fiber blending ratio and type as well,and three-dimensional woven fabrics will be the research focus of structural fabric composite absorbing materials in the future;the research of FSS fabric composite absorbing materials should focus on exploring the characteristic relationship between surface resonance points and the electromagnetic absorption performance of composite fabrics and exploring the optimal forming process of FSS fabric composite absorbing materials.It was pointed out that the research on fabric composite absorbing materials should focus on the impact of fabric structure and weaving parameters on fabric absorbing performance,the multifunctional and intelligent development of flexible textile composite absorbing materials and the development of new absorbing materials in the future.
