我国青年住房困境的现实审视与路径分析

The reality study and path analysis of the housing predicament of Chinese youth

我国青年群体的住房困境成为社会矛盾的焦点问题之一。本文认为我国青年群体住房困境表现为房价高涨与青年购房能力不足的矛盾、住房供给失衡与青年住房需求错位的矛盾、房屋空置率上升与青年无房可住的矛盾等;城市化的迅猛发展、结构性住房短缺、租房不如买房的传统观念是青年住房困境的生成原因,提出了解决我国青年住房困境的现实路径。

With the speeding up of urbanization,the housing predicament of Chinese youth has become one of the focal issues of social contradiction.This paper holds that the housing predicament of Chinese youth is manifested as the contradiction between the rising housing price and the lack of purchasing ability of young people,the contradiction between the imbalance of housing supply and the dislocation of housing demand of young people,the contradiction between the rising vacancy rate of housing and the lack of housing for young people.The rapid development of urbanization,the shortage of structural housing and the traditional idea that renting a house is not as good as buying a house are the causes of youth housing dilemma.It is proposed that perfecting and refining the housing loan system for youth groups,expanding the supply range of affordable housing and planning the space layout of housing reasonably are the realistic paths to solve the housing difficulties of youth in China.
