基于MEMS的三分量主动源地震仪设计

摘要 为了满足主动源地震勘探技术对勘探仪器高精度、高速率、高灵活度和宽频带的要求,采用STM32F407为控制核心,MEMS芯片VS1002为传感器,辅以△Σ型A/D转换器AD7767和菊花链传输模式,实现了基于MEMS的三分量主动源地震仪设计。该设计能完成12通道,24位采集精度,最小采样间隔0.05 ms的地震信号采集,0 dB放大时的动态范围可达118 dB,输入带宽为0~1 kHz,地震数据可存储到本地SD卡备份同时通过无线传输至PC上位机保存和显示。实验结果表明,地震仪能对标准信号和主动源地震信号进行快速、稳定和准确的采集,满足预期设计目标。 In order to meet the requirements of active source seismic exploration technology for high precision,high speed,high flexibility and wide frequency band of exploration instruments,STM32F407 is used as the control core,MEMS chip VS1002 is used as the sensor and AD7767 based on△Σis used with daisy chain transmission mode.The design of multi⁃channel distributed seismometer based on MEMS can complete seismic signal acquisition with 12 channels,24 bit acquisition accuracy and minimum sampling interval of 0.05 ms.The dynamic range of 0 dB amplification can reach 118 dB and the input bandwidth is 0~1 kHz.The seismic data can be stored in the local SD card backup and transmitted to PC for storage and display by wireless.The experimental results show that the seismometer can collect standard signals and active seismic signals quickly,stably and accurately,which meets the expected design goals.
