摘要
对15批次SF 15W-40汽油机油润滑油产品进行物性参数粘度指数和低温运动粘度检测,每批次油品当“黑匣子”处理,不考虑油品配方、生产设备、检测误差等因素的影响。通过相关性的统计分析,得知两者存在线性相关,并得出线性回归方程,进一步对方程的应用给出见解,对油品分析检测过程中检测效率的提高与检测样品的节约具有较为实际的指导意义。
The physical parameters viscosity index and low temperature kinematic viscosity of 15 batches of SF 15W-40 gasoline engine oil lubricating oil products were tested,each batch of oil was tredted as the“black box”treatment,did not consider the oil formula,production equipment,detection error and other factors.Through the statistical analysis of the correlation,it was known that there was linear correlation between the two,and the linear regression equation was obtained.Further more,the application of the equation was given,which had practical guiding significance for the improvement of detection efficiency and the saving of detection samples in the process of oil analysis and testing.
