电化学处理电镀废水中铜的研究进展

摘要 针对电镀行业含铜废水达标排放的迫切需求问题,电化学技术能够有效去除并回收废水中的铜,实现清洁化处理和资源回收,在此就电化学处理含铜废水的原理及方法进行介绍,总结了单一电化学处理过程中电极材料、极间距和电极形状对铜去除率和回收率的研究现状,论述了单一电化学法和“电解+”联合处理法在处理含铜废水过程中的作用效果,旨在为含铜电镀废水的处理方法和工艺参数选择提供思路,为电化学处理含铜废水的研究和应用提供参考。 In view of the urgent demand for standard discharge of copper containing wastewater in electroplating industry,electrochemical technology can effectively remove and recover copper in wastewater to achieve clean treatment and resource recovery.The principle and method of electrochemical treatment of copper containing wastewater were introduced.The study summarized the research status of electrode materials,electrode spacing and electrode shape on copper removal rate and recovery rate in a single electrochemical treatment process.The effects of single electrochemical method and“Electrolysis+”combined treatment method on the treatment of copper-containing wastewater were expounded,which provided solution for the selection of treatment methods and process parameters of copper-containing electroplating wastewater.The study provided reference for the research and application of electrochemical treatment of copper-containing wastewater.
