摘要
新疆某氧化铜矿堆存时间久、结合铜占比高、矿石含泥量大等,采用常规浮选工艺进行选别回收率仅30%,铜精矿品位仅达到10%。后采用搅拌浸出工艺对其进行处理,在常温、H_(2)SO_(4)50 kg/t、液固比4∶1、浸出1.5 h条件下,Cu浸出率可达84.08%。
A copper oxide deposit in Xinjiang Province has long storage time,high ratio of bound copper and large mud content.The separation recovery rate by conventional flotation process is only 30%,and the grade of copper concentrate is only 10%.After that,the stirring leaching process was used to treat it.Under the condition of room temperature,H_(2)SO_(4)50 kg/t,liquor-solid ratio 4∶1,and leaching for 1.5 h,the leaching rate of Cu reached 84.08%.
