钢铁企业铁前工序降碳研究

摘要 面对碳达峰和碳中和的大势所趋,钢铁行业的降碳之路势在必行。对铁前工序各环节的生产现状、涉及的碳排放因子、拥有的降碳潜能、已经或将来需要采取的降碳措施进行深入研究,提出了管理降碳、技术降碳和结构降碳三条主要的降碳路径。总结了改善化石类原料结构、推进大球比冶炼、工艺控制精细化、提高能源的回收利用率、建立实时碳排放监测模型等具体的降碳措施。探索钢铁企业铁前工序的低碳生产模式,助力钢铁行业实现低碳环保、节能增效、绿色智能的持续发展目标。 In the face of the trend of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the road of carbon reduction in the steel industry is imperative.The production status,carbon emission factors involved,carbon reduction potential,and carbon reduction measures that have been or need to be taken in the future are thoroughly studied,three main ways of carbon reduction are put forward:management,technology and structure.The concrete measures to reduce carbon are summarized,such as improving the structure of fossil raw materials,promoting large-pellet smelting,refining process control,improving energy recovery and utilization rate,and establishing real-time carbon emission monitoring model.Explore the low-carbon production mode of iron and steel enterprises,and help the steel industry to achieve the sustainable development goal of low-carbon environmental protection,energy saving and efficiency,green and intelligent.
