摘要
通过对罗源闽光1号高炉出现炉况失常,恢复进程曲折、反复等情况进行研究,发现入炉铅锌负荷高、炉墙结厚炉型不规制、风口结瘤导致送风不均匀;原燃料条件恶化等使煤气流分布失常引起炉况恶化;高炉长期休、慢风率高、高Al_(2)O_(3)炉渣、频繁烧小套又造成炉缸堆积。通过改善原燃料质量,处理风口结瘤,调整布料矩阵及下部送风装置、增加出铁次数、加萤石和锰矿洗炉、精细化操作等措施后逐步恢复至正常水平。
Through the study of the abnormal condition of Minguang No.1 blast furnace in Luoyuan,the tortuosity and repetition of the recovery process,it is found that the load of lead and zinc in the furnace is high,the furnace wall is thick and the furnace type is not controlled,the air supply is uneven due to tuyere nodulation,and the gas flow distribution is abnormal and the condition of the raw fuel deteriorates.Blast furnace long-term downtime,high slow air rate,high Al_(2)O_(3)slag,frequent burning of small sets caused the furnace cylinder accumulation,by improving the quality of raw fuel,handling tuyere nodulation,adjusting the distribution matrix and the lower air supply device,increasing the number of iron,adding fluoride and manganese ore washing furnace,fine operation and other measures to gradually restore to the normal level.
