摘要
提高阳极抗氧化性是优化铝电解生产技术指标的主要措施。阳极涂覆防氧化涂层后,抗氧化性能显著提高。工业试验结果表明:阳极涂覆防氧化涂层后,阳极换机周期延长1 d,原铝中Fe、Si含量基本无变化,依然受控。系列推广后,阳极单耗降低,氧化铝单耗、氟化铝单耗有一定降低,直流电耗有一定程度下降。
Improving the anodic oxidation resistance is the main measure to optimize the technical index of aluminum electrolysis production.After anodic coating,the oxidation resistance was significantly improved.The industrial test results show that after anodic coating,anode replacement period is extended for 1 d,the Fe and Si contents in primary aluminum are basically unchanged and still controlled.After the series promotion,the single anode consumption is reduced,the single alumina consumption,the single aluminum fluoride consumption is reduced to a certain extent,and the DC power consumption is reduced to a certain extent.
