摘要
通过对中高碳钢(45、65Mn)在酸轧UCM五机架连轧机组轧制过程中频繁发生1#机架出口失稳断带原因分析,明确了断带发生的具体原因,并开展了UCM轧机二级模型控制参数优化试验。通过不断的模拟试验和现场实际生产试验,优化了中高碳钢轧制过程参数控制,实现了中高碳钢在UCM五机架连轧机组连续稳定轧制,并为后期更高强度钢带在UCM轧机的稳定轧制积累了经验,为冷轧新产品研发创造了有利条件。
Through the analysis of the reasons for the frequent instability of the 1#rack outlet strip breakage of medium and high carbon steel(45,65Mn)in the rolling process of acid-rolled UCM five-stand continuous rolling mill,the specific reasons for the occurrence of strip breakage were identified,and the optimization test of the two-stage model control parameters of UCM mill was carried out.Through continuous simulation test and field actual production test,the rolling process parameter control of medium and high carbon steel was optimized to realize the continuous and stable rolling of medium and high carbon steel in UCM five-stand continuous rolling mill,and accumulated experience for the stable rolling of higher strength steel strip in UCM mill in the later stage,and created a favorable condition for the development of new cold rolling products.
