摘要
探讨了某工业硅生产企业工业硅电炉烟气中脱硫脱硝治理的措施路线,受严格的环保政策的影响,该企业结合新增工业硅矿热炉烟气特点,采用小苏打干法脱硫工艺和低温SCR脱硝工艺,外排废气中SO_(2)、NO_(x)浓度满足《工业硅生产大气污染排放标准》(T/CNIA0123-2021)。
The desulfurization and denitration of flue gas in industrial silicon electric furnace of an industrial silicon production enterprise are discussed.Influenced by strict environmental protection policies,the enterprise adopts baking soda dry desulfurization process and low-temperature SCR denitration process in combination with the flue gas characteristics of new industrial silicon ore furnace.The concentration of SO_(2)and NO_(x)in the exhaust gas meets the"Air Pollution Emission Standard for Industrial Silicon Production"(T/CNIA0123-2021).
