食管鱼刺异物继发食管心房瘘及脑梗塞1例

A case of esophageal fishbone foreign body secondary to esophageal atrial fistula and cerebral infarction

37岁男性患者因发热、下肢无力就诊,头颅MR提示脑梗塞,经胸部CT及超声检查诊断食管异物及食管心房瘘,最终于体外循环下经手术取出鱼刺异物,术后恢复良好。
