摘要
宫颈癌与人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染密切相关,阻断HPV感染是预防宫颈癌及相关疾病的关键。HPV疫苗的推广使用,有效降低了宫颈癌及相关疾病的发生率。本文系统梳理了国内外有关HPV疫苗的接种意愿及影响因素,为提高HPV疫苗的接种率,预防宫颈癌及相关疾病提供参考。
Cervical cancer is closely related to human papillomavirus(HPV)infection,and blocking HPV infection is key to prevent cervical cancer and its associated diseases.With the widespread use of HPV vaccine,the vaccination has effectively reduced the incidence of cervical cancer and other related diseases.This paper systematically reviewed the cognition,vaccination willingness and influencing factors of HPV and HPV vaccine in our country and abroad in order to provide reference for improving the vaccination rate of HPV vaccine and preventing cervical cancer.
